Made From a Love of Baking
Rolling in the Dough is a home bakery built around one simple idea: the best food doesn't need to be complicated. It just needs to be made with care.

Country Roots, Faith & Family
I’m a country girl born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and today my husband and I are blessed to raise our family right here in Corsicana, Texas. Together, we share a bustling home with 7 wonderful children—his, mine, and ours!
Three of our children joined our family from my previous marriage, three from my husband’s, and one we were blessed to welcome together. Seven in all, around one very full table—and they are the reason our kitchen is never quiet for long.
I was raised in a faith-believing family and carry those same convictions in everything I do today. God is priority number one in my life, followed closely by my husband and our family. From a young age, I watched my grandmother crafting and baking with so much love, inspiring a lifelong passion for creating sweet memories and wholesome food.
At Rolling in the Dough, baking is my way of sharing comfort, love, and joy. From slow-fermented artisanal sourdough loaves and signature whipped flavored butters to decadent custom cupcakes, cookies, and cakes, I put my very best into every single bake. Won’t you allow me to bake for you?

Family & Connection
Baking brings people together. Our loaves and treats are made to be shared around family tables in Corsicana and beyond.
“I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never hunger.”
— John 6:35Our Process
How we take simple, organic ingredients and turn them into warm home-cooked memories.
Prepare
Fresh ingredients are measured and prepared. Flour is sifted, starters are fed, and fruits are sliced by hand.
Mix
Doughs and batters are carefully mixed. Batters are whipped slowly, and sourdough is hand-folded to develop flavor.
Bake
Everything is baked fresh in small batches. We watch the oven rise, crust color, and crumb spring to ensure consistency.
Finish
Each item is decorated, packaged in artisan boxes tied with gingham ribbons, and prepared fresh for your collection.
